Drop the drama and save your organizations the stress - love this book!

Oh gosh, can you imagine where our organizations would be without the drama? Drama eats up energy and resources for any organization and in the modern economy, leaders can’t afford this inefficiency. Some of the benefits can include lower healthcare costs, great productivity, employee engagement, and less employee turnover. McIntee does a awesome job drawing from his experiences as an executive coach and corporate trainer to identify the reasons for team drama and suggest solutions to rectify the problem. LOVE IT!
